Q: How much will it cost to ship my wine?
A: The answer is simple, it depends!  There are many details and service options available that will impact the cost of your move. The more details you can provide, the more accurate our estimate will be. We suggest being as detailed as possible when REQUESTING A QUOTE.

Q: What does the insurance cover?
A: Transit insurance through C3 covers you for theft, equipment failure, negligence, and accidents on the road.  All claims require a $1,000.00 USD deductible.

Q: What are my payment options?
A: We offer several payment options, including Zelle, check payments sent in the mail, or credit card payments made directly on your invoice. You can select your preferred payment method during the final stages of booking.

Q: How long does it take to receive my wine delivery?
A: The delivery time for your wine shipment can vary depending on several factors, such as the pick-up and drop-off locations, local team availability, cross-country pallet position availability, and general supply chain limitations. Due to these variables, transit times are provided on a job-by-job basis.

Q: What temperature will my wine be shipped at?
A: Your wine will be shipped at a constant temperature of 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Once picked up, it remains in this temperature-controlled environment until delivery to the final destination, which is typically also a 55-degree environment, such as a wine cellar.

Q: What is the scheduling process for wine relocation services?
A: You can book your relocation date as far in advance as you would like. To secure your pick-up date, you will need to provide a 50% non-refundable deposit and sign our Wine Relocation Agreement.

Q: Is there a limit to how much wine I can ship?
A: No, there is no limit to the amount of wine you can ship. You can ship as much or as little as you like. The cost per bottle will be more favorable for larger shipments.

Q: Is it possible to ship partially consumed or opened liquor bottles?
A: Yes, we can assist with shipping open liquor bottles. Our team takes every precaution to ensure your shipment is safe for transport by labeling bottles to remain upright and avoid spillage during transportation.
