Meet the founder
C3 was founded by Mike Burstin, who leads the company as Founder & CEO. Mike started out in New York City’s advertising world, working at agencies before realizing it wasn’t the right fit. While looking for his next venture, a friend at an auction house mentioned how few reliable companies handled wine transport well — and Mike figured he could. He bought a truck, reasoning that the worst case was simply reselling it if things didn’t work out, and built C3 into the specialized wine and spirit logistics company it is today.
